A laughing baby is one of the most endearing and laughing inducing image and sound.  Babies laugh joyfully, with surprise and wonder and innocent amusement. It is part of learning and happiness. But as we grow up we usually stop laughing nearly so much.  So here is a project to get everyone laughing more!
